Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the lesson. If the cancellation occurs after this time, one lesson credit will be deducted. レッスンのキャンセルはレッスン開始の24時間前まで可能です。 それ以降のキャンセルは、レッスンクレジットが1回分消費されます。

Your first payment will be charged on the day you sign up for the plan. The next payment will be one month later. For example, if you sign up on January 1, your next billing date will be February 1. 月額プランに申し込んだ日が最初の請求日となります。次回の請求は1か月後です。 例えば、1月1日に申し込んだ場合、次の請求日は2月1日になります。

If you need to cancel a class, you can reschedule it as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This way, you won’t lose your session! However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the class cannot be rescheduled. レッスンをキャンセルする場合、24時間前までにご連絡いただければ振替が可能です。 この場合、レッスン回数は失われません！ ただし、24時間以内のキャンセルは振替できません。
